We absolutely loved our stay at the South Harbour condo in Pensacola Beach. The location is unbeatable—peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk or drive to all the best restaurants, shops, and the beach. The views from the condo are simply stunning—watching the sun rise and set over the water each day was a highlight of our trip. The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. We can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay again this Spring Break. Condo is in great shape and very clean. Really liked the new sofa sleeper and like all of the seating on the deck. We have stayed here previously and are already planning a return next year. The staff at Paradise are super helpful and friendly as well. I would give this 5* for sure.

My husband & I recently stayed at this rental unit with another couple. We were in town for the Pensacola beach Brawl. The location is convenient located to the event, we were able to walk there. This unit was clean & well managed. Would highly recommend & would certainly stay here again.

The condo is in a fantastic location within walking distance of Casino Beach and many shops and restaurants. The balcony overlooks the bay with gorgeous sunsets and views of the dolphins and marine life enjoying the tranquil waters. The unit is pristine clean, very comfortable, and easily accommodates for meals and relaxation!! The description online was very accurate. Paradise Beach Properties is wonderful to work with!

Our family has always stayed directly on the gulf and I was a little hesitant. Looking directly over the sound was more than we expected. We had an amazing time and I would recommend to all! The walk to the beach is very short and we really enjoyed the short walk to shopping and dining. Water views awesome and lots of fun!

Everything about renting this unit was easy, from booking online, to turning in the key to the rental company at the end of our stay. All of my questions were answered promptly, even over a holiday weekend. The unit is roomy with beautiful views. It was clean and quiet, even though it’s located in a busy area. We felt safe and had all the amenities of home. We’ve booked another vacation in this unit we enjoyed it so much!

We had a very nice vacation. It is close to everything. We actually walked a few days. Good views all around. Only problem was there were 2 couples but they only gave us one key and one FOB for entry. This made things a little difficult if both couples weren't planning the same thing. Other than that it was very nice.

We have stayed at South Harbor before and have always enjoyed the experience- the views of the Little Sabine Bag are just incredible- seeing the boats docked at sunset is so peaceful. This condo was very nicely laid out for a couple or small family and the layout of the kitchen is nice because you overlook the water. The beds were SUPER comfortable! The location is right in the middle of everything, which is convenient but very, very noisy at night (traffic, people yelling, music from the Sandshaker bar) but if that doesn’t bother you it’s no problem. A very short and convenient walk across the street to the beach near the pier, or you can walk down a little bit to avoid the crowds. The cleanliness left a little to be lacking, but not terrible. Baseboards, TP holder, cabinets and furniture were caked with dust and the floors were free of debris but not clean. All other surfaces including kitchen and beds were clean though. Overall great experience and we would definitely book this condo again!

We received a call to inform us our condo was ready earlier than expected if we wanted to arrive earlier. I liked the gated/private parking lot and the fact that the neighbors were very quiet. The staff that created me at check in were very nice and helpful. The view from our 7th floor balcony was great. Overall we enjoyed staying at this condo. I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Pensacola Beach.

Beautiful 2 bedroom unit with a view of the bay from your balcony. Condo is right across the street from the gulf beach and walking distance to great restaurants. Very secure gated condo right in the heart of everything.

South Harbour is a great property. While it's dated, the views of the island as a whole cannot be beat. 7E was a nice unit. It does need some attention, however. The kitchen is not well stocked. There is one very small skillet, so we had to borrow from our friend who lives in the complex. There are four coffee cups. The towels were threadbare. There needs to be some written electronics instructions. We had difficulty figuring out how to operate the televisions. The beds are very comfortable. Overall, it was a good experience.

This was our second stay at South Harbour. We love the location with close walking distance to the gulf and the restaurants.South Harbour has an excellent security system, so you feel safe at all times. We enjoyed the pool and had no trouble getting lounge chairs. We also appreciate that a workout facility is availability on the premises. I wasn't as impressed with this unit compared to our prior rental. We were disappointed just with the cleanliness of our condo. The fake plants had several layers of dust on them, along with the dresser in the master. It was kind of odd to not have a nightstand in the master either. We would stay at South Harbour again, but probably look at another unit.

We loved the condo. It was very convenient to the highway we came into town on. It's also located close to the beach. The security at this condo complex was very impressive. We took a sailboat out one day while we were there. We were next to the marina that we were leaving from. It was perfect for us. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Our first stay at a condo in Pensacola Beach. We were pleasantly surprised - pictures online don't do the condo justice. It was much nicer in person. Spent a lot of time on the balcony just watching the boats and paddle boarders and activity down below. Was extremely clean, had everything we needed for the kitchen and this made it a very wonderful stay. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to be right in the middle of all the restaurants, shopping and of course the beach and the bay. Very secure property and the office staff was nice too. Cant wait to return next year.

Such a good place to stay. Took some time getting used to the security system but once that was accomplished everything was great. The location was perfect for walking to the beach,,boardwalk and etc. We loved the view from the balcony spent a lot of time out there. We were there the second week end of May wish the pool could have been alittle heated. Would stay again

Had a wonderful week long stay. The location was perfect. Everything within walking distance. Beautiful view. Highlights of our vacation were Parasailing with Radical Rides. Was amazing, and not scary at all. Deep Sea fishing with DD Fishing Charter. My daughter caught a 7-8 ft Bull Shark, and I caught a Sailfish! Our first trip ever. The rest of the time we enjoyed laying on the beach, night life on the boardwalk, great food, and don't forget the Bush Wackers!

Overall we are happy with this place and will be renting again next year. Major problem is carpet in bedrooms was very dirty. We were able to clean the tile floors. Also security gate was never locked at night or weekends. Sandshaker Lounge patrons were using our lot.

We will be booking another reservation for this summer. This was our 4th stay in 2 years. The location is convenient--you can walk to nearly every restaurant or shop. It was quiet even though the building appeared to be full. Our cat enjoyed the view and comfortable furniture.
