Two of the bedrooms feature king size beds, 1 is furnished with queen beds, while the fourth bedroom offers a twin over twin bunk bed. All bedrooms offer Smart TVs as well. You'll find yourself surrounded by stylish and modern furnishings, creating a welcoming atmosphere for your beach getaway.

Situated in The Village at Blue Mountain Beach, a charming neighborhood along the scenic 30A, this community offers a range of wonderful amenities for your enjoyment. Take advantage of the pool, cabana, fitness center, and shuffleboard courts, all within easy reach. The nearest beach access at Blue Mountain Regional Access, located at the south end of County Highway 83, is just over a half mile away. With parking and restrooms available, it's a quick walk or bike ride to reach the beautiful beach.

If you're interested in renting a golf cart to explore the area, outside rentals are permitted but must be registered through the HOA. Please note that availability for parking is subject to the HOA's discretion. To reserve a space and obtain a slot number, guests must contact the Association Representative via phone or email by 1:00 PM on the Wednesday before the rental period. Early reservations are encouraged but cannot be made more than 60 days prior to your arrival date. The rental company should deliver the cart to the appropriate slot on the rental start day. Kindly note that The Village does not have storage space for golf carts to be delivered earlier, and carts must have tags displayed by 3:00 PM on Monday, or they may be subject to towing.

The closest beach access, Blue Mountain Regional Access, is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk or less from the property. While on your way, make sure to stop by Blue Mountain Creamery to cool off with some of the best homemade ice cream in the area.
The community also has a deeded beach access at Blue Lupine Way, which is directly across from the community's main gate.

As a booked guest, you'll receive a $25 per day credit towards complementary Beach Gear when you book an All 30A Properties vacation home. Leave your beach equipment at home as your chosen gear, including single and tandem kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, cornhole, and more, will be delivered on your arrival day and collected on your departure date.

Please be aware that all cancellations incur an $89+tax fee for processing, regardless of the remaining time until check-in.

Casablanca - property description was accurate, location spot on, layout spot on! The property was very clean and well-maintained. Kelley responded very quickly to any/all questions and comments. Great family home, we will book this property again. I would definitely recommend Casablanca to all my family and friends. Beach access was literally just down the street, and right before you get there, there was the BEST homemade ice cream shop in the area. 30A/Seaside was just up the road as well which had shops, food trucks, and other places to eat. Overall the perfect home, and the perfect location!

brand new home with up-to date furnishings and decor

Our experience staying at Casablanca was GREAT! Overall the house was perfect for our family of 5! We rented the 6 passenger golf cart and enjoyed that so much! Being new to the rental market, we did notice the home was missing a few key items that we wished it would have had: iron/iron board, vacuum, pizza cutter and can opener and propane grill are a few things we felt were missing. We loved the extra beach chairs and beach towels. It’s a beautiful house located in a nice quiet gated community and the location was perfect for us. We would rent again.
