Designed with group gathering in mind, the main floor living area boasts a spacious, open layout equipped for guest comfort and convenience. Sprawl out on the wraparound sofa in the living room while chatting with friends and family or stream your shows on the smart TV, equipped with Apple TV. Store your favorite bottle of wine in the wet bar's beverage fridge and enjoy a chilled glass later during happy hour. Those culinary-minded in the group will find the kitchen well-appointed for home-cooking, featuring a deluxe array of stainless steel appliances including a five-burner gas range and vent with pot-filler faucet, deep-basin sink, and dishwasher. An island prep station doubles as a breakfast bar with seating for four. Sit down for family-style meals at the dining table set for eight. A full bathroom is located on the ground floor for household convenience.
Three bedrooms and the laundry room can be found on the second floor. A children's bunk room and a guest room with access to a private balcony share a full bathroom (with en suite access from each). The primary bedroom on this level includes an attached, full bathroom.
The third-floor primary suite includes a smart TV equipped with Apple TV and an attached, full bathroom complete with a soaking tub and standalone shower. A mini bar equipped with a beverage fridge and Keurig coffee maker is located just outside the door for easy convenience.
Make the most of Florida's famous sunshine and blue skies while relaxing on the furnished back patio.
