NOTICE OF ONGOING PROPERTY IMPROVEMENTS: Please note that C/Sharpe will return this fall to complete the deck coatings on the elevator landings. This work is scheduled for August 19 – 21, with August 26 – 28 reserved as backup dates in the event of weather delays. Elevator access will be unavailable during this time, as well as no access to trash chutes on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors. Please contact the local office with any questions or concerns.

Later, enjoy a good book out on the balcony before heading down to the beach to saunter along the shoreline under a canopy of evening starlight.
Want to get out on the water? Then you should definitely hit up LD Surf Shop, just over five miles west, for boards, gear, and souvenirs. Austin Magee's Surf School is only eight miles away in case you're feeling a little rusty. They offer rentals and lessons for every age bracket at super-reasonable prices. Maybe you'd like to get out a little farther? 30-Angler is only two miles from your front door to take you out to the beautiful limestone reefs that jewel the Gulf.
