NOTICE OF ONGOING PROPERTY IMPROVEMENTS: Please note that property-wide construction is currently underway, beginning October 14, 2024, with an estimated completion date of August 1, 2025. As of June 11, 2025, all buildings are undergoing elevator tower window replacements. Elevators remain in full operation during this time. Trash chutes may be temporarily inaccessible on certain floors in various buildings. Trash disposal remains available on all first floors. Building 2 stairwells will receive their final coating on June 12, 2025, from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM. During this short window, both stairwells will be temporarily closed. Elevators will remain available for guest use. Project schedules may shift slightly due to weather. Please contact the local office with any questions or concerns.

After everyone is winding down and gathered back at home base, head into the full kitchen complete with a breakfast bar to cook up a delicious dinner while still being able to visit with loved ones! There are memories just waiting to be made at this beautiful retreat.
Though you will want to spend most of your days relaxing by the water, there is a lot to see nearby. Just across the street is an adorable shopping area with local boutiques and charming cafes. Drive a few miles up the coast and you will find Carillo Beach and Camp Helen State Park where you can rent a kayak or hike around the various trails for some serene time alone. A few more miles up the road, you will arrive at Pier Park, the biggest shopping hub in Panama City. If golf is your game, Camp Creek Golf Club is just two miles in the opposite direction as well.
