Serving as the main social hub, the first-floor living area offers a pair of sofas and recliners. Kick back and watch the 65” smart TV with Blu-ray.
KITCHEN & DINING
The sleek modern kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Sip coffee at the kitchen bar for four, and serve up family meals at the six-seat dining table.
BED & BATH
This two-story home sleeps 16 guests between four bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in the living area.
On the first floor, the primary suite features a stately king bed, a leather recliner, and a 48” TV. The en-suite bath has a double vanity, walk-in shower, and water closet.
Upstairs, the second bedroom has a queen bed, recliner, 50” TV, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. Great for kids, the third bedroom offers two twin-over-full bunk beds that each have a twin trundle, as well as a 50” TV, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination.
In the fourth bedroom, you’ll find a king bed, 50” TV, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. A half bath located on the first floor adds convenience.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Relax on the covered patio with wicker seating for four. A lush lawn surrounds the property adding lovely green space.
Enjoy access to the year-round heated community pool, equipped with restrooms, located 50 yards away.

Beach chairs, beach buggy, a small grill, and two bikes are available for guest use.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a washer/dryer are provided.
Parking for four small cars in the driveway; street parking is prohibited. The garage is not available for guest use. No mopeds, boats, trailers, or RVs are allowed in the community.
LOCATION
Exuding a laid-back vibe, Miramar Beach boasts scenic beach roads, classic surf shops, and top-notch cuisine. Upscale shopping is also close at hand with Silver Sands Premium Outlets 3 miles away -- a shopping center touting the title as one of the nation’s largest designer outlets.
The area is also known for its excellent golf courses, with more than 10 nearby. For an elaborate 18-hole course with water features, a recently renovated clubhouse, and casual dining, drive 3 miles to Emerald Bay.
Watersports, boat rentals, and fishing charters are also available at Destin Harbor and Baytowne Marina -- both within 10 miles.
