Amazing features you will treasure about this charming home is the large front porch with chairs to lounge, the white picket fence, beautiful wildflowers, and the fruit trees that surround the home. This delightful villa offers two full bedrooms plus a bunk room to sleep eight comfortably. The kitchen has updated granite countertops and full size updated appliances and is full of all the housewares you will need to have your family meals made right there. The master bedroom is spacious and offers a nice king bed, a wall mounted flat screen TV, and access to the private master bath with a single updated vanity and a very nice custom tiled shower. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, cozy floral bedding, and access to the guest bath. The guest bath is also accessible from the hallway and has a shower/tub combo and an updated single vanity. The bunkroom is a little nook at the back of the home with a twin over twin bunk bed and a flat-screen TV. You will also have access to a nice little back yard with a sitting area. There is even a convenient outdoor shower on the front porch to swash away the sand from the beach.
