Island Princess 610 was the perfect 3 bedroom unit for our family. It was clean, fully stocked, and was in a great location! We would definitely return to this location again.

The Island Princess is a very nice condominium building to stay in. Seemed safe & pretty secure. Unit needs new balcony furniture. Uncomfortable & very wobbly set. Beds not too comfortable. Needs some touch up painting and & a little deep cleaning. Great location.

We had a great time at this rental. It was as described, and had a beautiful view of the beach. The beds were comfortable, as was the living room - only minor issues were the carpet was rather stained (although clean), and there were only 4 forks! For a place that sleeps 8, 4 forks isn't really enough :) It was a nice stay for the money, and I would recommend this location. They had it ready early, which was a pleasant surprise! If you're looking for a family location, this is a good place.

We have a great time at the condo. Very convenient for beach access. The pool was also easy to get to and very clean. The condo itself was very nice. The condo was very clean however the carpet was a little tired. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location of this unit however there were some unfortunate issues.
CONS:
- Although we were warned well in advance, the construction going on during our stay was extremely annoying. They had machines sanding the flooring off the ground on the level above us for two days and then on our floor another day. It was so loud that we couldn't even talk to each other most mornings of our stay.
- Found a few stray black hairs that weren't ours around the unit and in some kitchen drawers.
- Some of the sinks and the bathtub in the front bedroom would not drain properly and were clogged which was not pleasant.
PROS:
- We did not have a coffee pot in our room, the booking agency sent us a brand new coffee maker within hours which was much appreciated.
- Amazing view of the beach every day from our balcony.
- Very seamless check in and check out.
I would definitely book through Brooks and Shorey again as the trip was great overall.

We rented this condo for my husband’s graduation trip and the whole condo was clean, nice, and relaxing. If we needed maintenance, they were there in under thirty minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything went well and easy check in and check out. A few little issues with pool closed and construction. but nothing that was not known before hand. Overall a great location and rental.

Good place to stay but be aware of the pool when entering because it’s very slick! There is no texture at all on the steps and I had a good fall when I hit the first step! My foot flew out from under me and I hurt my foot and bruised up my arm which I should have filed a accident report to yhe rental company but forgot! The hot tub is not too great! The view was fantastic and right on the beach! Jellyfish was a problem there but we still enjoyed the beach! This place is a great place to rent from but I will avoid this certain condo # because it was small for 8 people!

We were all very pleased with the location of this wonderful condo! We had 5 adults, 1 toddler, and an infant on our trip. The condo was very clean and well kept! We were able to enjoy the pool and the beach each day and it was very convenient to be able to take the little ones up for nap time each day. The office staff that contacted us with details was very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this condo to anyone heading to Ft. Walton!

Overall experience was top notch! Booking was easy, all details included, follow-up and communications prior to our actual arrival were clear and app was extremely convenient! Condo location was beautiful and clean; only a few very minor things we noticed or thought could be improved for future guests but again, overall, very happy and comfortable!!!

Condo was exactly what we wanted. Space was good. Master bedroom & bathroom was very comfortable. Living area & kitchen was perfect size. But it’s all about the view! So very awesome!! Pool was great. And the beach was spectacular. We especially liked the chairs that came with the rental. Overall it was an awesome vacation!! Highly recommend you stay here!

This was a great place to stay! Loved having the chairs and umbrella and my son enjoyed the golf. They are starting to change out some of the furniture and that is good. The view is awesome!

The condo is wonderful. It has plenty of space and a private bathroom for each bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked. The balcony and ocean view is amazing! We will definitely stay here again!

Our annual family visit to our favorite beach was wonderful! The IP 610 condo was very clean, well stocked and easy for any of us to access with keypad door. The 6th floor has a great view of the beach & the pelicans soaring by near eye level. We loved our days at the beach! Thank you.

Our first time at Island Princess, and we definitely will be back. IP 610 is a great condo! The upgrades are beautiful, great furniture. The kitchen was the most well-stocked of any condo we've ever stayed in (very important to us!) We'll be staying in IP610 again!

This was our first vacation to Florida and we will definitely be back. The condo had a very comfortable home like feel to it. It was super clean and met all of our expectations. It's definitely nice not having to worry about a housekeeper coming in while you're away from the room. We would definitely recommend staying here. We loved it!

This was our fourth stay in Island Princess over the last five years. So obviously we love it. Island Princess is a beautiful seven story building with immaculate condos. The pool is pretty nice and it also has a hot tub. The beach is beautiful. The sand may not be quite as white as Destin, but the beaches are much less crowded!
Island Princess is conveniently located to several restaurants in Fort Walton, as well as on the island.
I highly recommend IP, as well as Brooks and Shorey Resorts! We will definitely be back!

This was the 3rd time we'd rented a condo in FWB. They've all been nice, but this one was the most upscale. Everything was so good, from the beautiful appliances to the living room furniture. The only issue was the master bedroom mattress. It was weird. If you even moved slightly, the strange creaking would wake up the other person. I like a plush mattress,but it was strange.
The view is fantastic. The location, ideal. We would love to stay there again. (Hopefully with a new mattress)

We loved our stay in this condo. The access to the beach was so easy. The beach was beautiful and the weather was perfect. The condo was nice with updated amenities. Certain things showed some age but the condo was clean and well kept. We had 4 adults and 4 small kids and had plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable.

We LOVE this condo! The view, the location, the updated kitchen and furniture keeps us coming back to the same condo. However, the carpet needs to be replaced with either tile or new carpet. We had to keep socks on our toddler because her feet would get so dirty:( Other than that it is a wonderful condo!

Our condo was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen utensils were limited, didn't even have some of the very basics. It would have been nice to have umbrellas by the pool. Close to great restaurants, never had a bad meal. Would return to this condo and would recommend to my friends.

Everything was great with our room and the entire condo except for the bath tubs and toilets. They all clogged very easy and each shower we took had standing water from the water not draining. Other than that everything was great and very well kept.
