Soundside Serenity is a simply decorated home with three bedrooms and two baths accommodating up to eight. Boasting gorgeous waterfront views and spacious interiors, spend your days relaxing and taking in the natural environment surrounding this unique retreat. Wood flooring and cabinets add to the rustic charm of the open-concept living/dining space. Catch up on your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV or gather around the dining table for a game of cards.. A large outdoor deck off of the Master Bedroom will definitely be the gathering spot during your stay, whether rising with that first cup of coffee in the morning or enjoying coastal sunsets at day’s end. Additionally , the home has an outdoor Gazebo with a hottub for a relaxing afternoon or evening overlooking the Sound . Retire to the master suite with a queen-sized bed and en suite bath or the guest suite with a queen-sized bed. A double bed in the third bedroom and a futon provide additional sleeping arrangements for the rest of your crew. Feel free to pack a little lighter; a full-sized washer and dryer will make clean-ups quick and easy.
Hang out at the water’s edge exploring sea creatures, or take a dip in the Santa Rosa Sound. Wander the grounds with your furry companion, then catch some rays on the deck. Explore the area on bikes or take the kids to the playground or the Gulf Breeze Zoo nearby. Enjoy delicious seafood at Dave’s Oyster Bar and Grill, then venture out to Navarre and Pensacola for more adventure!
Two Kayaks are provided for some relaxing water time on the Santa Rosa Sound located at the edge of the property. There is no Pier at this property. The neighbors pier is private. There is a small walk over to the waters edge
Two dogs under 50 pounds are permitted and the non-refundable pet fee is an additional $300 fee.
Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.
A starter kit of amenities are provided for the first 24 hour period. Paper Towels, Roll of Toilet Paper per bathroom, 2 trash bags, travel size bathroom toiletries and kitchen amenities such as dishwasher pod, detergent etc. along with a washing machine Pod
