Really enjoyed our stay. The only thing that would have made it better would be screens on the patio door and the master bedroom windows. Would have liked to hear the ocean at night.

Our stay was nice. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. It is a great place for families to stay. It is a smaller building which is nice when it comes to elevators and parking. The building is a bit outdated, and it could definitely use some updates. A big negative is that there is not a bathroom on the first floor by the pool.

Awesome place for your Beach Vacation, steps from the beach, and I love how the access is locked so only guests can use. Condo was so nice and had everything we needed. Bring your own pool/beach towels those are the only things not available. Washer and dryer was so convenient. Do not hesitate to rent this condo. We had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

As long time Sunswept vacation renters for 30+ years, rental could use additional glassware & replacement of washing machine. Property could use additional maintenance on elevators. Besides that,rating is 5 stars! We will DEFINITELY continue vacationing @ Sunswept!

This is our 2nd year in a row staying at Sunswept and we wish we found this location earlier!! Already reserved for next year. Sheri and Murray are outstanding!! Anything you need, they are happy to help! Location is right on the beach with some of the best views. Several restaurants and shops are just across the street for any last minute item needed!

The unit was clean, good kitchen items, great location. Believe the manager when they say only one day’s worth of soaps etc. Bring garbage bags, dish and dishwashing soap, tp, hand soap and laundry detergent. No hair dryer either. While unit was nice, building itself shows wear. One elevator was down for about 4 days, and both elevators sounded cranky as they worked. Could use a tune-up.

1 - Nearness to the Gulf was highlight of years of visits to other parts of Florida, Alabama, Mississippi
2 - Most of our eating for 3 months was provided for by shops across the street. 3 - Upper level of Sunswept east-end gave sweeping views, and "ahs" of beach and white caps.

I took my family to Orange Beach for a week and everyone had a marvelous time!! The condo at Sun Swept was centrally located which made it easy to get around and very accessible to most restaurants. We had a marvelous time and will go back next year to the same beautiful condo!!

Vacation was great the property ground was clean but the cleaning people could do a better job of cleaning the condo but over all the condo it’s self was nice perfect view of the beach.

Upon arrival the condo floor was filthy. We had to go purchase items to mop the entire condo and disgusted by how dirty the floors were.
Noticed several roaches in the condo while there.
One night there was a very loud group at 1:30am I went looking for security and found no one. The next day I spoke with rental agency and they advised to just call 911.
Not sure if we will be returning to Sunswept again.

Very nice unit and would definitely stay again. Our ONLY qualm was with the dryer not drying well and the buzzer you cannot turn off. The door to the front bedroom with the twin beds was off the hinges and the screws wouldn't hold the door on but we worked it and its fine now.

Nice clean. Great view. Some maintenance was needed on the hallway toilet and the dryer had a broken part. Weather was cold so spent more time in condo. Overall stay was good.

Overall, the stay was just fine. A couple of small issues: Electrical outlets in the master BR were so worn that nothing would really stay plugged in. Tile floors needed a good mopping. I'd get out of the shower and by the time I walked across the kitchen floor, my feet were dirty. When I mentioned these issues to management, they said they'd correct.

Very nice smaller complex.although the decor could use updating, the unit was very clean and comfortable. The balcony is rather small but the view is great. The location is ver convenient to shopping—just across the street from Wal Mart. Several restaurants are within walking distance. The price was very reasonable.

3 things we want in a condo: good beds, working air conditioner and a good working fridge. This condo met all 3. We had a very good week, very relaxing and no problems with this condo. It had all the kitchen things we needed. (could use a rubber spatula and pancake turner).

Unit was spacious, but not as clean as other units rented in the past. Window was broken, wall mirror was unclean, kitchen needed cleaning before we put our things away. Time to do some updating. However, we did have a great stay. Our 8 year old son had the best time ever. Thanks for being family friendly.

Great location and we all had a great time. The condo was clean and had “most “ things we needed. However, one lame in the living area did not work. We flipped the switch on as well as changing light bulbs but no luck. There was nothing to pick up hot items from the stove such as pot holders. The last items were a broken window in the living room and the iron does not get hot.

It was clean and neat when we arrived, had all the plates, utensils, coffee pot, pots and pans you need. Beds were clean and comfortable as were the pillows. I would stay again.

We were 4 over 70s who love to travel to new places. Unfortunately, we picked the wrong property. The condo size was amazing. It was wonderfully stocked with great kitchen needs. For the most part, the beds were comfortable. The patio size was great and we enjoyed the table and chairs. As we walked in we noticed a very nasty gunk on the ac closet. It had not been cleaned in a very long time. As two of us have bad allergies it was something we noticed. The ceiling in the living room showed dirt around the ac vent. We did report this immediately. NOTHING ever was done the entire 2 weeks we were there. The maintenance man did come up after we reported the light out over the washing machine. But he did not fix a towel rack that fell off the brackets when a towel was hung on it. The person in the office had the nerve to ask if WE pulled it down. A day later the garbage disposal stopped working and water was under the sink. The vent in the bathroom also stopped working. Again we reported it. Nothing was done. We took a written list to the office, still nothing was done. The complex changed TV service. We reported that a cable in one bedroom was not good. Again nothing was done, despite the SecureVision Van was in the parking lot all week. This was just unacceptable and ridiculous. There were not that many guests at this time, and we had booked for 2 weeks, not just one. We actually left a day early because we were just disgusted!

The rental met all of our expectations. Very clean with great access to everything. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. We look forward to our next visit. The security guards are amazing!

We were quite pleased with our stay. The balcony view of the Gulf met all of our expectations. Everything we needed was supplied and the condo was roomy and comfortable. Updates are needed with the furniture and peeling ceilings but the rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. TV was great in every room. Staff was friendly and really worked to make our stay great.

This condo was clean and spacious. The next time we come, I hope there are blackout curtains on beach side window so it won't be so bright at 6 am. The kitchen was well stocked for most items. A pancake turner is needed and smaller kid friendly cups/glasses. The furniture is a little outdated but comfortable. also, Non of the TV remotes worked. The staff at Sunswept are very helpful and friendly.

My sisters and I took a much needed sister trip, they had never been to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach so we were all excited. The condo was everything as described, perfect for our trip. Everything was clean, kitchen well stocked, perfect location. Unfortunately Hurricane Sally hit while we were there, such a scary experience. However management were great and even though they couldn't have predicted the storm they did tell us how to prepare. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The unit was very nice. The view was excellent. The pool was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all dishes that were needed. My only complaint is that the floors of the unit were not very clean. The cleaning crew did not do a good job sweeping and mopping them.

We really enjoyed unit 401, nicely furnished and the view from the 4th floor balcony is stunning. The location of the Sunswept Condominium is so convenient to everything, restaurants, shops and there's a Wal-mart marketplace right across the street. The pool is huge and there are plenty of lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas in each of the four corners. We would definitely recommend the Sunswep.

We had a very nice stay at 401 Sun Swept. The room was clean and everything was there that we needed. It was excitedly like it was described. We had a beautiful view of ocean front. The pool and area was very well keep and clean. The staff at this place was very helpful and friendly. Bonus was we did not know there would be security all night and that was great. They was super nice too. This place was close to everything from restaurants to Gulf State park pier.I was highly recommend this place and will be back the next vacation we take there.

We were originally going to Panama City but had to change plans at the last minute due to Hurricane. We were looking for a smaller, less crowded complex with a room on lower floor. This was the perfect place for us. The 4th floor was high enough to give us great views of ocean but not too high to take stairs. The beach was beautiful and easy to access and pool area was well maintained. It is located right across the street from Walmart Market and Publix was only a block away. The condo could use some updating but was very comfortable and seemed to have everything we needed. The only complaint would be that the bedrooms did not have curtains and even though the blinds were closed, the room with twin beds near the exterior hallway had light shining in the windows all night. We had a great time and would definitely consider staying ere again.

The condo was every thing I expected. Clean, comfortable, great location. We did have a bad experience. Guests in the suite above us were rowdy and loud two nights in a row and we never did find security. Called the number for emergency a couple of times and they quit answering the phone we were told that security would be located and would contact us but that never happened if you stay there just remember you are on your own. no maintenance and no security

Here for two winter months - till March 15th. Good location, right across from small shopping area with several restaurants and grocery store. Many restaurants within a short driving range, close to the Pensacola Airport to pick up visiting children, and the Pensacola Naval Air Station Museum where I attended a Glen Miller concert. Have become acquainted with many people through the weekly Friday lunches organized by people in the condo.
